Standardized digital photographs are taken with the Visia-CR® imaging system.
Rosacea on cheeks and nose is analyzed directly on the captured photographs using a specialized software. The severity of rosacea depends on the affected surface area and the color/redness intensity.
A questionnaire may also be submitted to study subjects to evaluate the soothing effect of the product.
Obtained results may be associated with representative photographs.
